After-hours service rates and overtime

After-hours service rates will be charged for all work conducted Monday to Friday, between the hours 6.00 pm and 6.00 am, anytime on Saturday and Sunday, and for any work conducted on QLD public holidays. Overtime service rates may apply if our employees are required to be onsite for more than 8 continuous hours as agreed upon by both parties. Overtime rates will not be charged to a customer due to the choice of the Luxelec Qld team.
