I started Luxelec 4 years ago and have 20 years in the electrical trade. Many people start a business as they don’t like their boss but for me, it was all about family and flexibility. I was starting a family and I knew I would need the time and flexibility to be the good Dad I wanted to be. Starting my own business meant I could do that.

Heck, I worked longer and harder than ever before, but the difference is I can set my own schedule to be flexible around that valuable family time (And to be honest, now I have the best boss in the world).
